Ludwig Roth was a German engineer during World War II, and participated in the Aggregate 4 (A-4) V-2 rocket program.

Wernher von Braun employed Ludwig Roth to work at Army research Centre Peenemünde in which he was in charge of future projects office, in this capacity Ludwig Roth helped design the Aggregate 9 (A-9) Aggregate 10 (A-10) ICBM missiles, and the Wasserfall which was an anti-aircraft development of the Aggregate 4 (A-4) V-2 rocket programme.

Ludwig Roth was relocated to the United States. After the Second World War, as part of Operation Paperclip.
