Roth was a German engineer during World War II, and participated in the Aggregate
von Braun employed Ludwig Roth to work at Army research Centre Peenemünde
in which he was in charge of future projects office, in this capacity Ludwig Roth
helped design the Aggregate
ICBM missiles, and the Wasserfall which was an anti-aircraft development of the
Ludwig Roth was relocated to the United States. After the
Second World War, as part of Operation Paperclip.
